We are seeking an nCino Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing banking technology team in Plano, TX.
Your role will be to lead cross-functional initiatives that modernize and optimize our banking platforms, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end planning and execution of complex technology programs, from requirements gathering to successful deployment.
- Translate lending needs into technical requirements.
- Ensure all systems are designed for scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Define and track program success metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with engineering, IT, and product teams to design solutions that meet both technical and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate across product, compliance, security, and business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure all projects comply with banking regulations (FFIEC, SOC, GDPR, PCI, etc.).
- Implement and refine Agile/Scrum or scaled agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery consistency.
- Provide clear updates to executives and stakeholders on project timelines, milestones, and risks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 5+ years of experience as a TPM implementing nCino or another lending platform.
- Background in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, Salesforce, nCino, and core banking systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodologies.
- Willingness and ability to work hybrid (on-site 3-4 days per week) in Plano, TX.
- Must be able to work for any employer without sponsorship.
